Uses rigorous, science-informed methods to make the hidden dynamics of complex systems visible.

Reima Shakeir is a multidisciplinary strategist, organizational repatterner, scholar, and published author who uses rigorous, science-informed methods to make the hidden dynamics of complex systems visible. Her research explores business intuition and ambivalence, helping leaders draw on inner-knowing to navigate uncertainty—a question made newly urgent by AI, where she guides leadership teams through adoption that amplifies human judgment rather than eroding it.

Her executive coaching spans strategic and crisis communication, narrative intelligence, adaptive leadership, difficult conversations, constructive conflict, and resilient team building, and increasingly the leadership challenges of the AI era: deciding what is signal and what is theater, which futures a technology actually serves, and which judgment must remain human.

An entrepreneur since age 17, Reima became a partner in a multilingual publishing house, expanded it into a leadership-development consultancy serving governments, NGOs, and corporations, and sold the business by age 22 before becoming a Chief Operating Officer at one of the world's largest family foundations. Today, she co-founds and mentors startups—including Yalla Now AI, a consultancy helping organizations move from complexity to coherence—and serves as Course Lead for MBA students in the Wharton Communication Program, having previously served as a Clinical Professor at NYU Stern.
